Please meet our new colleague Jeffrey Baidjoe
This month we welcomed a new colleague at QUBE: Jeffrey Baidjoe. Time to get to know Jeffrey a little bit better.
Hi Jeffrey. Welcome! Tell something about yourself…
I am 27 years old. I live with my girlfriend in Rotterdam in an incredibly cool apartment with a view of the Maas. By nature I am eager to learn. I have an intrinsic motivation to help people along, both personally and professionally. I also like to describe myself as accessible, fun and also serious when I need to.
Have you been working in IT for a long time?
I have been working in IT since I finished my studies. In recent years I have worked at another Exact Partner where I have carried out customer implementations, among other things. I have a commercial and strategic background, IT has taken on an additional role over the years. I have noticed that my interest lies mainly in IT.
Why did you choose to work for QUBE?
I chose QUBE because I believe that QUBE supports her customers in a certain process-based way that really benefits the customers. During my conversation with Albert, QUBE also showed me that the organization is accessible and that colleagues are always there for each other. The mutual connection among colleagues is very strong.
Your position is a Software Consultant, what exactly does that mean?
For me, this means that I solve customer questions after a software implementation. Initially I will support customers digitally and by telephone. Over time, I will increasingly participate in new software implementations. Currently, together with the teamleader, I am investigating how we can further optimize the software consultancy department to create the perfect customer experience.
What makes you happy outside of work?
Outside of work I am mainly creative. I've been a drummer since I was 8 years old. Because of my love for music I ended up in the music world as a music producer. I do this together with friends. I also like to do sports with my girlfriend. I really value the attention I give to my family and friends.
