When a technical issue at the service desk is unusual and goes beyond standard procedures, he doesn’t hesitate. He uses his colleagues as a “knowledge accelerator” to isolate the cause immediately.

Instead of spending hours or days on individual research, his experienced colleague Michel provided a crucial insight about a recent, specific security protocol in Outlook that caused the problem. Thanks to this direct input, Leon was able to isolate the cause within an hour and implement the right solution.
