New Release of Scan Sys ImageCapture 10.15 & 10.16 Available
A new release of ImageCapture has recently been launched. Version 10.15 & 10.16 includes several useful new features.In this blog, we’ll explore the new capabilities of this release:
Smarter Archive Search with Column Filters
Previously, column filters only applied to the first 1,000 locally loaded records. As of version 10.15, all filters are now executed directly at the SQL level, allowing users to search across the entire archive—not just visible entries. This change improves accuracy and completeness, especially for large datasets or older records.
Faster Search with Targeted Search Options
The default search used to scan both headers and lines, which could slow things down in large archives. Now, users can select their search scope using a new dropdown menu available in both the Desktop and Web Clients. Choose to search just headers, or include lines—giving you more control and faster results.
New Integration with AllSolutions QX ERP
Version 10.15 introduces a standard integration with AllSolutions QX ERP. This enables automated processing of incoming invoices directly within the AllSolutions platform—saving time and reducing manual work.
Expanded API Integration with ECI Ridder iQ
Version 10.16 extends our API capabilities with ECI Ridder iQ Cloud. You can now also send financial data such as cost centers, GL accounts, and booking details directly through the API—enabling a more complete and automated workflow.
