Hi, I’m Danny.

I work as a ICT support consultant at QUBE, where I help customers every day with a wide range of IT‑related issues. My interest in technology started at a young age, and that curiosity now drives me to support customers quickly and effectively.

At the service desk, I monitor our customers’ servers and systems, troubleshoot incidents, and take care of various administrative and maintenance tasks. This includes resolving issues related to Microsoft 365, network connectivity, hardware, user accounts, and security settings. By working with many different environments, I gain new insights daily, insights I apply immediately to provide faster and better support.

My goal is to ensure that your modern workplace remains secure, stable, and future‑proof, so you can keep working without interruption.
