Hi, I’m Kim.

As Office Manager & Planner at QUBE, I’m the first point of contact for our customers when they call us. I’m also responsible for coordinating the schedules of our consultants and aligning these planning needs with our clients.

I support our project managers and consultants by handling planning requests, registering support tickets, editing consultancy reports, and managing contracts. I’m a true organizer at heart — I thrive on challenges, love structuring chaos, and enjoy making sure everything runs smoothly.
